A SELECTION OF PRICING PLANS AND INFORMATION
There are four plans available for selection according to your personal needs. If you are interested in booking a particular date for your ceremony respond by mailing this form with a deposit check/money order made payable to: Access Wedding Pastor in the amount of $50.00 for Plan A or B and a $100.00 deposit for Plan C or D (1319 Mardi Lane/Houston, Texas 77055) or you can pay by Visa, Master Card or Discover (see form below). Upon receipt of your deposit a confirmation contract will be mailed or emailed back to you. To insure your date/time please respond promptly. Please note that the plans range in price. Please email ron.ramey@sbcglobal.net for a specific price quote for the location of your ceremony.
PLAN A (Bronze)
Wedding Ceremony Performed Only.............................. $200.00 - $250.00 (Price range is based on location) NOTE: Meeting with Pastor not included.
PLAN B (Silver)
Private Meeting/Wedding Ceremony Performed............. $225.00 - $275.00 (Price range is based on location) NOTE: Meeting with Pastor included.
PLAN C (Gold)
Wedding Ceremony Performed/With Rehearsal.............. $325.00 - $425.00 (Price range is based on location) NOTE: Meeting with Pastor not included.
PLAN D (Platinum)
Private Meeting/Rehearsal/Ceremony Performed........... $350.00 - $450.00 (Price range is based on location) NOTE: Meeting with Pastor included.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY: A refund will be given upon written request ninety days prior to the wedding date or if the reserved date is replaced with another reservation.
MILEAGE: An additional mileage charge will be incurred for long distance.
LATE CHARGE POLICY: A twenty-five dollar late charge will be incurred for all contracted weddings that are over twenty minutes late in starting. This charge will be based on the contracted time. Should the minister be late this policy applies. The couple will be discounted.
